ReWired Franchise Advisors was founded by husband-and-wife team Calvin and Rhonda McNeely with a simple mission: helping people find the right path to business ownership while putting people first and business second.

Today, ReWired Franchise Advisors is an independent member of the International Franchise Professionals Group (IFPG), one of the largest and most respected franchise consultant networks in North America.

Calvin McNeely, CFC

Founder & Certified Franchise Consultant

Calvin brings more than 40 years of entrepreneurial and franchising experience to the ReWired team. Throughout his career, he has launched, acquired, owned, or participated in more than 30 businesses spanning government contracting, light manufacturing, service industries, and franchising.

In 1989, Calvin co-founded Hi-Lite Airfield Services with his father. The company grew into a global leader in airfield maintenance contracting, serving airports throughout North America, Canada, and Puerto Rico, and continues to thrive today.

Calvin later co-founded Runningboards Marketing, an innovative digital mobile billboard franchise concept that expanded into 12 states and operated 28 digital advertising trucks. Along the way, he and Rhonda also owned and operated businesses including Aerogreen Solutions and Rejuvaseal and were franchise owners with Cold Stone Creamery and Cici's Pizza.

Today, Calvin works with aspiring entrepreneurs, executives, investors, and career-transition professionals, helping them evaluate franchise opportunities, franchise resales, and other proven business ownership models. His firsthand experience building businesses gives clients practical insight into both the rewards and challenges of entrepreneurship.

Calvin is a Certified Franchise Consultant (CFC), a multi-year Presidents Circle recipient, and has earned recognition for excellence in franchise consulting and network development.

Honoring Rhonda McNeely, Co-Founder

Rhonda was not only Calvin's wife of 44 years but also his business partner, trusted advisor, and co-founder of ReWired Franchise Advisors. Together, Calvin and Rhonda built businesses, raised a family, served their church, and helped countless aspiring entrepreneurs pursue their dreams of business ownership.

Rhonda's wisdom, compassion, faith, and commitment to serving others remain woven into the culture and values of ReWired today. Her legacy continues through the work of our team and the countless lives she touched through her encouragement, leadership, and servant-hearted spirit.

Jarren combines a decade of sales leadership experience with expertise in AI-powered business systems and revenue growth strategies. As Co-Founder and President of Parable Growth Agency, he helps businesses implement scalable systems that improve efficiency, customer experience, and profitability.

His background spans pharmaceuticals, professional services, consulting, and entrepreneurship. Jarren holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Marshall University and is pursuing a Master of Divinity at Regent University.

Jarren's passion for leadership, faith, and marketplace ministry aligns naturally with ReWired's mission of helping people build businesses that support both their financial and personal goals.

Austin brings extensive experience as a sales leader, entrepreneur, and business strategist across industries including healthcare, technology, manufacturing, facility services, home services, and pharmaceuticals.

As Co-Founder of Parable Growth Agency and KEM Bros Pressure Washing, Austin understands firsthand what it takes to build and scale successful businesses. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from Central State University and a Master's degree in Ministerial Leadership from Southeastern University.

Austin is passionate about helping others discover opportunities that align with their goals, strengths, and long-term vision while providing practical guidance throughout the business ownership journey.

Jose is a Tampa Bay entrepreneur and owner of multiple successful businesses, including Ace Total Car Care and KEM Bros Pressure Washing.
